Andrea Schnurr
Andrea teaches Slow Flow classes that are accessible to all. She invites her students to build strength in their bodies and to find ease in their breath as she guides them through sequences designed to invigorate the body and quiet the mind. Andrea loves the opportunity that yoga provides to practice being present in every action, every moment, and to look a little deeper inside ourselves; to connect with our bodies, our hearts and our breath. She also loves teaching Yin and Restorative postures because they are a beautiful compliment to the busy ness of life.
Her classes focus on building flexibility, strength and finding peace. In Andrea’s classes, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and show up for yourself, making adjustments that bring you greater comfort so there are fewer distractions and you can pour all of your awareness inward.
